I have a 1989 Sunbird LE, 2 door.

I have been searching for the rubber/ felt channel that the window slides up into. Here is the part number: CHANNEL. Front Door Window :
22635212

Would anyone have any leads as to where I could purchase this?

Stephen, no luck on finding any new ones or even NOS, check on the J Body site and ask to see if anyone has some or is going to the junkyard soon to pull some.

Ebay, you just get the rubber and replace it after removing the sweep metal from the door, other than that , its junkyard parts, mainly somewhere in a yard that the temps dont get so hot.....like up north...or Canada.

So after searching I found what someone suggested using YRM260X weather stripping. My question is to those who have done this how did you match the contour as the outer stripping curves up a bit by the side mirrors

When I click that link on ebay the site shows cars that fit the window sweep as 1988 and later, so my 1987 will not fit that, right? Mine are both rotted. My car is a 2 door GT. So, window sweeps for say, a 4 door are different.
