08 montana engine light just came on had scanner put on and it pulled out 3 codes. P2078, P0660, P2070 any ideas what they are and what i can do?

they all point to a problem with the intake manifold tuning valve, bad valve, bad connection to the valve. There was a technical service bulletin covering your vehicle

Van has 140,000 kms would it be a warranty issuse if not would you know where is so i could change it

7 years old and 140k not covered by warranty. Part 516 in this picture.

Thanks, is it a job to that id be able to do or does it have a shop to have it programed

I do not know your skill level but it does not reguire programming other than resetting the codes. It also could be a wire harness/connector problem and that should be checked before buying and replacing parts.
