ColdCase radiators question

Anyone running a ColdCase radiator and fan setup on a big block V8?
I've got their setup on a '71 455 HO. Running a 180 degree thermostat and the ColdCase-supplied 180 degree thermoswitch. The fans run more frequently than needed up here it relatively cool NH. I don't want to run a lower temp thermostat so I am looking for a higher temp thermoswitch, maybe a 190, to delay the fans coming on.
Any thoughts or ideas on this?

Seems to me you need their fan control system or call them.

That looks like a very flexible unit tho I am not huge on adding digital complexity and potential unreliability.

I have a 71 455HO GTO and still have the factory fan setup so have not tried anything like that.
