I have a 67 2door hard top I ordered the weatherstrip kit for the car the rail roof stripping was 13 inches short the guy said my car was a fast back but ames says that Pontiac didn't make a fast back any info would help

who is the "the guy"? did you order the part from Ames?

Maybe it was intended for 68 model, I believe the weatherstripping is slightly longer for it, if I am not mistaken

their web site doesn't even list a Catalina as a car that they carry parts for, they show Firebird, Grand Prix, GTO/Tempest, and Ventura. What part number did you order? Why didnt you try Ames, they are the largest Pontiac supplier?
