dash, dome, and radio lights out

just got this 2000 sunfire the other day, the dash lights, factory radio display, and the dome light(new bulb) do not turn on. I have checked the fuses and even replaced them all, took the fuse box out and checked for a loose wire still nothing. not sure where else to go with this. thanks for any help in advance.

just to be sure since there is more than one fuse box, you checked the one on the drivers side end of the dash board that is marked,
RDO/INTLP Radio, Interior Lamps

under the hood there is another fuse block
check this location
BATT 2 Lighting Circuits

checked the fuse and the wires going to it all was good even replaced the fuse just incase. and also noticed since it was dark out the A/C button is always lit up.

a friend has an 09 g5 that does this also so wondering if it is a GM thing

the ac light is just a gm thing as for your other problem did you check for power in the box at that fuse it could be high resistance at some point on the wire

put the meter to the box to check for power and it was 10.5
