Delay on Wiper HELP!

Have 2002 Sunfire, the wiper works fine until you switch to DELAY setting then it makes 3 delay swipes then goes to the top and stops. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Does anybody know if this would be caused by the switch? Or is it in the linkage?
