does anyone know why does my brake fluid leaking in my 2000 pontiac grand am?

it use to have 2 drums 2 disk but i converted it to a four disc. its all brand new pads brand new roators and chalpers

it's either your brake hose, brake line or master cylinder....a caliper can leak too you say they are new but as longs as they were installed correctly it shouldn't be that
