does the 1998 sunfire have an adjustable steering wheel

Sorry if this is a stupid question but i drove my moms car yesterday and the steering wheel is super high i could hardly see. i looked for the little handle to adjust the steering wheel but for the life of me i could not find it! i don't know exactly what model she has just know its a 1998 sunfire sedan with manual windows, automatic, no sunroof. i really hope this model has an adjustable steering wheel i don't see why it wouldn't.

If it has one it would be on the left side of the steering column close to the dash.

Look on the underside of the colum, it might be a handle that folds up into the cloum.
