Drivers Side Door Will Not Unlock.

I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT1. Recently I went to unlock my doors and only the passenger side door unlocks. I tried multiple times with the remote. I tried unlocking the door with the key, but it will not turn. I tried unlocking with the switch inside and still it wont budge. I thought maybe it was a fuse or somthing but I can not get to the fuse box without opeing the door and I cant take off the door pannel without opening the door. It only has 60,000 miles on it. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I have exactly the same problem!!! I have a 2000 grand am GT with about 64,000 miles on it. the door will not budge!!! Theres nothing I can do. my friend and I even tried to remove the door panel with the door shut and still it won't open any information on this problem would be highly appreciated. thanks alot!!!
