Electric seats

I purchased a 72 lemans that came with dash totally out and also had GTO electric seats in place but not hooked up or bolted in.
Does anyone have a diagram of how to wire the seats. I'm thinking that the seats must run from a relay.......is that right??? If that
Is right , any idea where the relay is located. I do not know how to tell what year GTO the seats are from.

did you look at the fuse box for a label related to the seats?
if you intend to keep the car a good investment would be a copy of the factory Chassis Service Manual, it has everything you need to know and has the wiring diagrams.

Melsg5, I have a copy of the 72 lemans GTO assembly manual. Is that the Same as the factory chassis service manual you mentioned? I looked on the Internet for a chassis manual
But could not ind one listed. I would buy if I can find it. Any idea where to get one, if mine is not the same?

Chassis Service manual is different try www.amesperf.com GTO catalog The CD is part number W221D the hard copy is W257C
