Electrical Issues

2007 Torrent - From time to time, it appears that the electrical system experiences surges. The stabilitrak warning light comes on, the doors unlock and lock rapidly, the power steering goes out, sometimes all the gauges pulse, and even the radio will pulse in volume.

Any ideas?

have you had the BCM, body control module, scanned for errors?
have you had the battery load tested and the charging system output tested?
