Engine Change L61 to Lap Swap?

I have a 2008 G5 with a 2.2L L61 engine is no good would like to install a 2.2L Lap out of a 2010 cobalt in its place, would i have any problems?

you need the wiring harness and the ecm

I Have a 2010 Cobalt that got rear ended this has the 2.2L Lap, I would just need to swap the ECM and wire-harness to install the pontiac G5 would there be anything Else?

The LAP version of the Ecotec was used in the G5 in 2009. Since you already have both cars a visual inspection to cover everything should be easy.
