These cars should both have the 3100 series engine. There was little changes between the 1994 and 1995 models.
The 1994 3100 should be a good selection to replace a 1995 3100.
You may want to use your 1995 manifolds and sensors to make sure all of your sensors are in the correct locations and the wiring harness connectors match.
