Just wondering has anyone used engine support bar on a Montana 2003. I need to replace rack and pinion and also shift seliniods please help me

most people remove the two rear subframe bolts and support the subframe with a jack. You also need to loosen the two front subframe bolts. Example link below

I have done the steering rack 2x. Bought an advance Auto cheapy with lifetime guarantee . The rack started to leak like crazy after only 10K miles so I got to do it twice. Might want to think about the quality of the rack you are installing.
Like mentioned above if you remove the rear subframe bolts the racks comes out without any other issues. Actually not a hard job as far as steering racks go.
No idea about the trans issue. Have Fun Greg
