Engine Swap

Has anyone here done the 3.8 s/c swap. I've given up one the 3.4 high mileage 320000



I know the engine is direct swap. Just unsure on the pcm tuning

you need the matching PCM

Wouldn't it be easier to tune mine, forgot to put the year 2003 Pontiac Montana Thunder

Nice origianal tranny? I have 180,xxx on mine but the tranny is the weak link.
