Everything needed for shaker hood 77-81?

[1980Esprit]

The car we are probably going to be buying soon has a shaker hood, but only comes with the hood, and the shaker that has a ring clamp on it. I don`t even think it has weather striping.

-What is a list of everything that would be needed for it to work on a pontiac 400 with an edelbrock performer RPM and a Q-jet carb?
-Any mods to make it fit?
