Exhaust/Catalytic Converter for 2001 Pontiac Firebird 3800V6 Question?

Im looking for new exhaust and a catalytic conveter for my car....

Car:
2001 Pontiac Firebird 3800V6 Auto. Trans.

Exhaust System:
Flowmaster Cat-Back 80 Series

Dynomax Universal Catalytic Converter

My question is:
Would the Flowmaster System work with the Dynomax C.C.
And would the two combined produce a good sound??
