exhaust upgrade?

my 2.8 gt 5 speed has developed an exhaust leak.if im going to fix im thinking of the truleo($1000) intake/ header combo for 20 hp gain.
do i need egr and air sensor fitting ?im not worried about rehooking up cat.
where do i get chip reprogrammed? engine is stock exept for mods on tihis post
i dont want it annoyingly loud (i.e cop magnet)
i think this will be my christmas present.

flowmaster 80 series is a nice deeper tone. theres the spintech muffler. and anything 1 in 2 out will work.

the truleo intake isnt worth using on a stock motor. you can get 20 hp from less expensive applications.

as for headers just have your stock manifolds bored out. they have an oval opening before the outlet pipes, a machine shop can do it very easily and cheap.
