Factory Alarm

Hi My neighbor has a 99 montana and the horn keeps going off because of the alarm system. Is there a quick and easy way to disable the factory alarm system?

If I remember correctly there are different ways you can configure the way you arm it ,ex: with the lock button on remote ,useing the door lock button on the door ,last door closed,ect... So I think there may be a way to disable those and hence never arming the system. All of this info is found in the manual. On this forum is a pdf of a 2003 manual if I find it I will link it good luck.

Most likely with some searching you can find a 1999 manual on line if you don't have a hard copy.
