Fan blower works only at third and fourth speed

Hi, my interior fan blower works only at third and fourth speed. First and second not working.
What is the problem

Blower motor resistor it's sounds like , under glove box..near blower motor .....controls speeds.... about $25...

I agree that it is probably the motor resistor that is going bad, I hope the original poster had a Typo as my mind wandered when I read "Fun" Blower.
