Fender Liners

hi trying to access my fenders to bang out a couple dents but the plastic liners in the fenders have these plastic screw or plugs and im not sure the method of pulling them out is any help would be awesome thanks

You need a set of metal or plastic clip remover tools. They look like a small pry bar with a v shape cut in the flattened end.

Some of them will probably break, old ones usually do. When you put the clips back in, pull the inside piece out then put the clip in the hole, push the inside piece to secure clip.
