Fiero body panels

So I am not sure if this has been spoken about before but I figured I would ask.

I have a 1984 pontiac fiero SE, I also just got a 1985 pontiac fiero SE with the dropped nose, spoiler on the trunk, and open vents. Are these panels interchangeable without any modification?

Another good question would be, my drivers seat is stuck and won’t move back and forth, how do I fix this?

From what I understand all Fiero body panels are interchangable. But you can not mix the different model individual parts as they will not line up well. Like a GT fender on a non GT front end. But if you swap the entire front end of the GT it will line up.
