How will i know which exhaust system will fit my 2 door coupe 350 lemans? Im looking on opgi.com which has a good selection to choose but how can i read online what will fit mine?

You measure the diameter of the pipe where it connects to the engine and then find a system that has the same diameter from the selection below. Without changing your exhaust manifolds you probably will have to go with a 2 1/4" system. I'm sure if you call them after measuring your current pipe they can recommend a system. Another source for exhaust systems is PYPES, they have a X cross over which increases power but you will have to contact them to see if there is a way to use their 2 1/2" system on your current exhaust manifolds. Regardless of which system you go for there is a common issue where you will possibly get a "droning" sound at certain engne speeds. In my case it was at 2,000 rpm which is 40mph, normal driving on local streets. It drove me crazy intill I changed the mufflers to Dynomax VT's, they have a valve which eliminates the "drone". Dont confuse "drone" with sound level. The "drone" is a harmonic vibration that will rattle your fillings.

Well the problem is i dont have a pipe . I bought the car without.

Compared to the rest of the engine note whats the drone noise sound like?

It's a humming sound and it's loud enough that with the windows closed it will give you a headache. It is completely different sound from the deep throat note you get from a high performance exhaust system. I'm sure you will find lots of references to "drone" and "muffler" through google.
So what is attached to the engine exhaust manifolds, nothing?

I have Pypes 2 1/2" downpipes connected to the stock manifolds and a Summitracing 2 1/2" dual exhaust system. Pypes makes a complete system that seems to be pretty popular and fits nicely from what I've read. Youtube is a great way to compare different brands for sound.
