Firebird will not turn over

I just bought a 1999 firebird and when i drove it home the gauges died on me and drove for about 30 miles, parked the car and now the car does not turn over. Tried to boost the car but nothing, does not look like it the battery. The light, radio and everything works fine. But when i turn the key nothing, not one noise. could any body help with this

Well could be the starter grounded out.I hope ya checked the oil too to make sure there was some lol

turn on the headlights, have somebody turn the ignition key to start the car, if the headlights go dim, you may have a dead battery, try a battery charger, bad connections at the battery, bad connection at the battery ground, bad connection at the starter, bad relay, bad starter.
