My 1999 has a flashing light symbol that's constantly flashing. All out side lights are working does any body knows what that means.?also theirs a new batt. New alternator but yet my lights go dim when I turn anything on. I have a power drain some where.?

Did the person who installed the alternator test it after installing it? What is your idle RPM speed?

See if the DRL lights are on. It means that they are not working.
According to the vehicle symbols it's the daytime running lamps, I put new bulbs in both main head lights are they separate ?

Put the new relay in and no help! Icon still flashing. This car has had a pass lock issue for a long time. 5 other indicator lights remain on the whole time. I installed a new instrument cluster and that didn't fix the indicator problems. ???

Have you had the codes scanned for the ECM and BCM?

I took it to the dealer two years ago. He had it for an hour trouble shooting with that scan tool, I asked if both computers are bad he said no. But he did want 1000 dollars estaminet to shoot wires. He said there is an intermittent brake with the computers . I installed a new instrument cluster.??? This is a convertible and it has been flooded a few times.?..
