Front license plate bracket

Anybody have any information they can share about installing a Stow-and-Go license plate bracket on the front of an 06 Soltice ?
Doesn't seem to have any area in which to mount it. Here in Texas we are required to have a front license plate displayed, but it spoils the look of the front end

Doesn't Stow-and-Go provide instructions?

The bracket needs to be fastened to a relatively flat surface. The bottom of the front fascia is rounded with no solid surface underneath

Aren't the brackets designed for specific vehicles and come with mounting instructions or are you looking at some generic version?

I must have a generic version. Thanks for the tip about specific vehicles I will check tomorrow so see if any are available

Sorry, no link. I will look at the bracket tomorrow, but, initially, there is no flat surface to mount the bracket to. I'm thinking I would have to fab something, but, again, there is nothing solid to mount it to underneath the bumper cover.
