front passenger side fender

I was wondering if anyone here has replaced the front passenger side fender? Is it just bolted on or is it riveted? Is it something that can be done by yourself or does it have to be done at an auto body shop?

Typically they bolt on but what about painting it?

someone hit my fender in the parking lot
I found a part out van and its the same colour as mine so I was thinking of just replacing it if its a bolt on instead of having to go through the body shop.
