fuel pump

I put a new fuel pump on my 92 n the spark plug keeps blowing

I mean fuse keeps blowing

Look for somewhere that you pinched a wire causing a short or you have a bad pump causing a short.

I got the pump from rockauto this is Tue second one cause the first one was bad

Pull the pump, connect it directly to the battery using a inline fuse and see if the fuse blows.

I dont have a wiring diagram for your car. Turn the key to the on position and test the harness that plugs into the pump.

I connected it right to the battery n its still not working does the relay have anything to do with-it

If it doesnt work when connected to the battery the pump is no good.

When I have a fuse hooked up it doesn't blow it when I have.it bypassed but without by passing it the fuse keeps blowing

I changed the relay n I heard the pump come on but it still blows fuse

I changed the relay n it is still not working but before I put new relay on in I plugged the ignition into the pump from the relay n it didn't blow fuse n pump came on
