I have lost all my speedometer cluster lights and radio. Everything else is working well. With the documentation I have I cannot seem to locate the correct fuse or fuse name etc. If it is in fact a fuse. The blinkers headlights power everything else works.

Thanks Mike

Thanks for the manual. I still don't see where it is obvious what takes out the cluster and the radio. It isn't very clear to me.

It wont be, there is no fuse that controls both thus my statement about a bad cluster or wiring harness issue.

Well I double checked all fuses and relays again, removed and reinstalled battery, searched under dash and other areas at any wire connecter I could find and am lost.

I need to find a way to test check the instrument cluster and radio. I am really at a loss why both just stopped working. The cluster indicators though will light like check engine, security when starting, directional etc work.

Had trouble before with fog lamps and messed with that switch connector but I don't see the common thread. Any help or docs are helpful and appreciated.

Update on this problem but still not solved...

I have confirmed with voltmeter that I have power through the appropriate fuses. I have confirmed that I have power to the instrument cluster and the radio.

I then observed that when disconnecting the cluster connection and then at some point reconnecting it all the gauges will max out for a second then return to zero. In no other circumstance do them move but check engine, directional, security etc do work at all times.

One odd thing is that when the ignition is in the first "accessory" click the radio works but no change of cluster.

I then replaced the ignition switch thinking that it might with so luck be the cause. No change in problem at all.

I appreciate if someone has more ideas on this odd problem. I find it strange a car sitting not driven for a couple weeks sudden had these symptoms.

Thanks.

I solved this issue. I am not certain if this was only this or a combination of this and the ignition switch. I found that passenger side fuse E I believe whichever is for "CRUISE" was bad. Visually it was good but when measured with an ohmmeter in the holder it measured just enough 580 ohms to cause issues. Weird but happy all good now.
