Getting my Firebird to pass emissions?

Hey all,

I have a 403 in my 1980 Trans-Am with an Edelbrock 7111 manifold and carb. The car runs great but it's not passing emissions in my city (Boulder CO) and was wondering who could give me some advice. Thanks!

Can you scan your results or post a clear pic of the result page? ( it helps to see the readings) Block off your Vin with tape if you prefer...........

have you done a basic tuneup? what is your initial timing set for, typically retarding the timing if too advanced is one way to reduce emissions. what kind of test do they do, idle only or on a chasis roller? did you adjust the carburetor mixture screws for best lean idle?
