If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... First it was Pontiac. Now this:
"General Motors announced Wednesday that it’s ending production of the latest generation of the Chevrolet Camaro, leaving the Ford Mustang as the last gasoline-powered American performance coupe."

Yeah, pretty crazy that the Mustang can live on without an issue but the Camaro can't. Figures...

Unfortunately it seems GM is going all-in on EV’s. I’ve read a couple articles that the current Blackwing is Cadillac’s last-gasp ICE before going electric. Sad.
We're getting nearly 50mpg in full size cars nowadays. I wish they'd have just done more research and development on that. We could have possibly had 100mpg in the not too distant future. I like the idea of being able to fill up in two minutes just about anywhere.

Its a simple numbers decision, they only sold around 20,000 Camaro's the last few years, IMO the latest version is almost Aztech ugly! Great performance and handling, and to expensive compared to the Mustang. Also harder to use as a daily driver. If they could sell 75,000 of them a year they would still be planned for production for the next few years.

I haven't REALLY liked a Camaro in a long time - but the latest design I love... I guess it's just a matter of personal taste. I think it looks really aggressive. But I can see how not everyone would like it. It's definitely an "in your face" kind of look... Yes, visibility issues should have been figured out and not sure why it has to cost more than the Mustang. I kinda think they priced themselves out of the market. Perhaps they just don't really want to be in it...

1981 was the last Camaro in my book, after that, I just don't like the designs.....☹️

My real time with them was between 1982 and 1992. I love the IROC days...

The only skill I have seen with GM is the uncanny ability to discontinue popular models and keep the ugliest and nonperformance models despite customer feelings ?

There were some really nice Oldsmobiles as well... If it weren't for China, Buick would also be gone.

Buick ? . . . look at their line-up ? They don't build cars. . . they build disappointment with the few and dwindling consumers ! And in reality, all Ford or GM now only build SUV's and Trucks.
