Going from Manual to power

Is the wiring there inside the doors to go from manual locks and windows to power?

No they are not. You need to grab the harness. The main harness has the connections but it stops at the kick panel under the dash. The easiest way is to get doors with all the power items already in it and just move the door skin over. The door frames are interchangeable for all years/models.
