• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hi everyone. Just registered to do some research on a new project I am expecting to recieve delivery on in the next couple of months. It is a 1968 Pontiac Catalina, 2 door, hard top. I know it has the 400 ci, but not sure which version just now. It has been owned by my grandfather for at least 30 years. As of right now all it needs to be road worthy is a tune-up, some front end work and tires. It has just over 87K original miles and the interior is immaculate! The body is rust free and has fairly decent paint, which is a shade of light blue. I am hoping to go get it around the end of May or early June at the latest. I will post pics once it comes home with me.

So, I will mostly just lurk about until then. I am really looking forward to working on this car. Up until now, I have been a hard core Ford kinda guy.
