I have been a fan of Pontiac vehicles for several years. My first car in my own name was a 1999 Pontiac Grand AM SE, and my second car in my own car was a 1997 Pontiac Grand AM. The first car had automatic transmission while the second has a manual transmission. I lost the first car due to the engine blowing, and my mother's boyfriend didn't think it would be easy finding another engine. We wouldn't be able to afford it at the time, either, and so we had it scrapped. That was something I never wanted to do; I would have loved the opportunity to fix it and hopefully have it drive-able for one of my own children one day. I'm going to keep the second car as long as I can.
