Grille Inserts

I need to replace me nose arrowhead emblem on my 1972 Lemans WITHOUT the endura front end. I have no idea how to get to the back side of it without taking off the shroud and everything else, I could get to it of I could remove the grille inserts on one side but it looks toe like you can only get to those from the back too. Does anyone know how to get tho this without disassembling everything?

did you look from the bottom if you remove the lower valence? isnt there a removal filler panel between the bumper and the radiator support?

I ended up having to take out the radiator because it needed a replacing so I did it then but thank you for the advice
