Gxp, 3.6l transmission wont shift and engine runs rough.

Good afternoon everyone.

Pontiac torrent gxp 3.6l AWD.

Let's start with codes.

These 5 only came up once.
P2534.
P0031.
P0051.
P0030.
P0050.

These ones instantly show up when cleared and restarted.

P2094____

I replaced all the timing parts, oil pump, spark plugs, waterpump, and all gaskets except the head gaskets.

It ran great other then the transmission sticking in 2-3 gear once in while after the work.

Now it's running like garbage, and near zero power to move it and its stuck in 3rd and wont reset.

If the wave plate, torque converter, or solenoid A cause it to run like this?

Any ideas on things to check to verify what's wrong?

How likely is it that the transmission is fried?

Did you start with the lowest codes first?
You make no mention of the oil control solenoids.
The transmission codes are calling out solenoids also

I did yes. I reused the camshaft position sensors and actuators, and couldn't find any breaks in the wiring when I went through the harness so those codes confuse me.

I think when you look up the oil sensor codes one of the solutions is to replace them.
