Before my car stalls lately, it’s been happening a lot. My car instrument panel hazard lights will slightly turn on right before my car cuts out. I lose power and the car sputter out and then die a lots of codes been throwing lately about misfires and EGR leak and also getting body control module codes and also it’s been overheating for no reason plenty of coolant systems has been purged of air also seems my call it has been disappearing. I have no coolant in the oil no leaks. It just disappears. No white smoke like a blow head gas or something. I’m gonna try to include my readers diagnostic report on here if you want to look at it.

How is the battery Voltage? If it is under 12.5 volts static it could be causing issues. Modern cars need at least 12.5 v's or they can start doing odd things. Just something to consider.

Actually it does say 12.5 but I did a battery test with the one app and it’s says it’s a good battery the big problem now is constant over heating and shuts down

What are the codes?
Have you pressure tested the cooling system including the pressure cap?
When it's running hot are the engine fans on?

p0236,p0300,p6496,c0236
Yea cap pressure the weird thing even though I bled the air from bleeding scr.ew and it over heats and pushes coolant to the reservoir untill it’s almost overfilling. When it cools hours later, the level will return to the fill here when cold mark.also when it red lined it shut off from overheating the coolant was in the reservoir, maxed out then I went to bleed the screw and it cooled down and no coolant came out or did the coolant level drop from reservoir

P0236? Did you look up that code? Points to a turbo issue.
P6496? Is that a typo?

I’m considering getting a new bcm

So getting nowhere with those codes.
When the car is overheating are the fans running?

Have you replaced the thermostat?
It’s been a couple years .there’s no real way too. Test it other than that pulling it out and putting it in boiling water to see if it pops open right?btw I greatly appreciate you helping me out in this mater tyvm.

Correct. You say you have no leaks internal or external. The fans work. Other than than a clogged radiator the only left appears to me to be a thermostat.

Yesterday i changed the thrermostat and i just flushed the radiator and. The heater core both ways first the inlet then the outlet. Hoses on the hc its funny because the coolant system holds 2.6 gals of coolant and when i flush the coolant and went to refill it only 1 gal would max it to the fill here mark. I bled the water pump bleeding screw and stilll after running the motor for about 15 mins the level didn’t drop at all. The car blew a mild heat from vents but eventually after 25 mins it started getting overheated past the 220f almost 3/4 of the way on the temp gauge then it automatically stalled and died. Back to the hazards starting to light up again seconds before it stalled out. So I drove around today after i bled the little air from the screw again which it dropped the level slightly below the fill here when cold mark actually about a 1/8 th an inch below the mark. It hasn’t over heated much but the air never blew hot just warm. I’m afraid to drive around and see if it over heats from driving

What year and which engine?

Have you googled GM 3.4 cooling system bleed and watched the videos? You mentioned one bleed screw, there are references to two.
Yeah, actually that’s not my motor. I don’t have a radiator a cap or a 2nd. Bleeder screwThat’s a little before 2006.

What temperature thermostat did you install?
