What is a decent set of headers for 66 lemans that i don't have to cut/ hammer on that will fit right 400 engine

No guarantee on any of them since your frame may have sagged or your motor mounts may be worn. With that being said go with a brand name, Hooker, Dougs, Hedman, etc. Try Summit or Jegs to buy them.
