Headlight/turn signal lever

OK, I have had my Headlight/turn signal lever replaced 3 times now, somebody help! The problem is this: I have a 00' Sunfire SE Coupe, when I turn the switch to turn the headlights on, they don't come on, the daytime running light dash light stays on and I have no headlights! But this doesn't happen all the time, when it was happening this winter when it was cold, they would come on after about 15 minutes when the car was warm. To me it seems like there isn't a good connection between wires or something. I've taken back to the dealership 3 times now and they've given me a brand new lever everytime under my warranty, but this last switch lasted about 2 weeks, and now I have to go back. Is anyone else having this problem? or heard of it?

When you've replaced it has the wiring been checked? Most likely if you've replaced the switch and the problem remains it's gotta be a wiring problem.
