Headlights don't work,

My inlaws have a 97 Sunfire that the headlights don't work unless you hold the signal switch back all the way than they are on bright. Is this a problem with headlight switch? If so how does one go about changing it?

Have a mechanic check the fuse box to be sure that all the ports are getting power. This could be a wire loose inside the fuse box. That is the problem with mine.
