Heat barely works!!

The heat in my 99 grand am se barely works, and the fan only works on high! If I am going down the road I get alittle more heat but not much. Any ideas would HELP!!!

the fan problem is probably a burnt out fan motor resistor. the low heat can be a number of causes. have you checked the coolant level when cold, is it low? does your car have a engine temperature gauge and is it readling lower than normal?

Sound like a thermostat issue.
This would stop water from flowing, thus not tripping the temp gauge{and fan}
Fix it your self for about $25
