Heater Core on a 2005

They are usually under the dash passenger side and it's best to have a service manual to outline the steps.
 
I have removed dash. Completely I still don't see heater core. I need some assistance. Is it located behind the HVAC system.

The heater core and evaporator are in the same box, try to find a manual to assist you. Why are you replacing it if you are not sure where it is located?
 
Can you assist me on getting to the heater core on my 2001 Aztec
 
I just bought the car the previous owner said they had taken to shop it was leaking and other wasn't any heat.

I see the air filter replacement box on the passenger side of the dash is it behind that?
 
I do have a little more than a general knowledge of replacing a heater core I've done one before just not on this vehicle.
 
Have you done a pressure test before tearing everything apart to confirm that it is leaking?
