Help identifying bleeder unit 2006 Pontiac Torrent AWD

Hello All Can anyone tell me what this leaking unit is called.
Cannot find it anywhere on the web.

Where on the engine is this located? Cannt tell from the closeup.
Below are the cooling system components.

Looking at the front of the engine it is on the left right above the water pump

Is that the upper radiator hose in your picture, if so the part is the water outlet

Some on EBay used , but they don't show the bleeder unit .
