Help P0401 code

I keep getting the service engine light to come on if i excelerate at certain times with p0401 code that keeps popping up . I Have replaced the EGR valve , mass air flow sensor and replaced the cad converter trying to fix the code issue . What else could be wrong I am wanting to pull out my hair on this issue ..any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I have cleaned out throttle body , changed out EGr valve , mass air flow sensor , gaskets , and cad just to be on safe side , did the 9 volt battery trick it acts like it wants to shut down but It holds on .. Not sure what else to do

and what about the sensor mentioned in the list of causes? what is your idle speed vacuum reading? what is the vacuum reading when accelerating?

I have managed to get it all cleaned out and it's now running like a champ !! Carb cleaner and shop towels were my best friend
