Help with headlight on 00

I just bought a 00 ws6, the left headlight when you turn it off and goes down makes loud noise for about 5 seconds after it goes down. Possibly a new motor? I am not sure what else it could possibly be. If anyone know please let me know.

Could be the bushings are going in the gearbox. Topdown solutions has a kit to repair this.
