Horn keeps going off- even when parked

I have 2003 Pontiac Grand Am.

It was parked overnight and the horn went off suddenly non-stop.

I had to open the hood and pull out the fuse for the horn.

When I put the fuse back, the horn went off the next morning while I was driving. It would not stop.

I had to pull over, open the hood and pull the fuse out again.

Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions?
