Where is the horn located in a 1996 Pontiac Sunfire SE 2.2L? And is it fairly easy to get to and replace?

Horn

Ironically, my wife just told me that her horn does not work. She says she hears clicking when she pushes the horn.

Is this a fuse or relay problem, or are we looking at something in a wiring harness under the battery?

Yeah I get that clicking sound too. When my gf's brothers uncle stole the car a couple years back, the douchebag disconnected the horn and hooked it up to a police siren (I don't know why). When my gf got the car back she took the siren off but the other horn was never reconnected/replaced. So I'm sure the fuse and relay is still good.

I really want to fix my horn, since people here in Washington don't know how to drive and it annoys me when I'm not able to honk at them.

How would I know if the horn relay is bad? When I press on the center of the steering wheel, I hear a clicking sound. Does that mean the relay is still good? Also, where is the relay located on a 1996 Sunfire?

you would check to see if you are getting current at the horn when someone presses the steering wheel
