How can i increase my horsepower on my 88...

...Firebird? ok i have a 1988 firebird 2.8L V6 Engine

im getting the following already

1. Cold Air Kit
2. MAF Sensor New
3. New Dual Exhaust


but what else can i do to add alot of horsepower instead of superchargers / nitrous / an turbo kits

please give me a list of thing's i can add an what they do thank you

Suggest that you're not going to ever get a lot out of the 2.8 - it's really not known as a high-performance engine, and it's my understanding that it doesn't hold up well to hot-rodding. Also, haven't found a lot of aftermarket parts or activity for this engine.

Perhaps consider what it would cost in materials/parts/labor to drop a 5.7 in???

Like I posted before it is not a good idea to mod the 2.8 they are commutor motors Not made for HP...

Itll be cheaper to buy a car with a 5.7 or 5.0 in it than putting one in.
