How do i burn out on a 1995 firebird v6 if its automatic?

put your foot on the brake pedal, step on the gas and raise the rpm to about 1,500, then punch the gas all the way down releasing the brake at the same time. You can try slowly raising the rpm point till you get the desired effect.
 
A bit of gas and a match will make a better effect...
seriously, why do you even want to abuse the car that way it's an economy car not a racecar and if you think it's cool ...you are wrong ..
sorry but true ...
 
if you really have to , get the pavement wet and use the brake to hold for a sec or two
she will smoke unless its really weak
