It starts up and runs fine then when you shift out of park into any other gear it dies. I will not go HELP!!!

First have the fuel pressure checked. If it runs good at idle, but not in gear it sounds like it is lacking for fuel.

its either the throdel possitioning sensor or the nutral safty switch ! the possibilites are many need more info you can try adjusting the idle and see what happens its deffinatly a prosses of elimnation
